CHARGES.
We have varying rates on our commission to suit all sellers, on complete or large estates commission can be a little as 5%
- Standard Seller’s commission is 15% (inc vat ) ,of the hammer price ,
- Single items ,valued over £2000.00 sold at 10%commission.
- £5.00 is charged per lot sold or unsold, COVERS, internet
- listing,cataloging,photography,porterage,sale results & notifications
- All charges are deducted from the proceeds of the sale.Pre sale advice is sent 5-7 days prior to the auction with allocated lot numbers
OTHER INFORMATION
- Sellers will be paid by personal cheque
- Post sale advice and cheques are sent out to clients 21-30 working days after the sale
- If a client is advised to collect their unsold item(s) they must contact the saleroom and arrange to do so in advance of the following auction. If no contact is made and the item remains uncollected then it will be offered to charity or disposed of
- Items that are consigned for sale and withdrawn at a later date prior to the auction will be subject to a 10 % withdrawal fee
